Terms of Service

Pepe’s Party Rentals

Effective Date: February 27, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all rentals, bookings, and services provided by Pepe’s Party Rentals ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By placing a reservation, submitting payment, or using our equipment, you agree to the following terms.

1. Reservation & Payment

A reservation is confirmed only after receipt of a 20% deposit of the total order amount.

• The deposit secures your date, equipment, and staffing.
• Remaining balance must be paid prior to or at the time of setup, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of service.

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.


2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled event may qualify for a deposit refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the event result in forfeiture of the 20% deposit.

Deposits compensate for scheduling, equipment blocking, and operational preparation.


3. Weather Policy

Outdoor rentals are subject to weather conditions.

• Light rain or non-severe weather does not qualify for cancellation.
• Severe weather that creates unsafe operating conditions may result in rescheduling at our discretion.
• Weather-related cancellations within 48 hours do not qualify for deposit refunds.

Safety decisions are made solely by Pepe’s Party Rentals.


4. Setup Requirements & Access

The Customer is responsible for ensuring:

• Minimum required space is available and cleared
• Flat, safe surface for installation
• Electrical access within required distance
• Clear access path for equipment delivery
• No stairs, narrow gates, or restricted entry without prior notice

If these conditions are not met upon arrival, service may be refused and no refund will be issued.


5. Equipment Responsibility

Customer assumes full responsibility for equipment during the rental period.

Customer agrees:

• To supervise minors at all times
• Not to misuse or tamper with equipment
• To prevent damage caused by negligence, misuse, or unsafe behavior

Customer agrees to be financially responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required due to misuse.


6. Assumption of Risk & Liability

Mechanical bulls, inflatables, and event equipment involve inherent physical risks.

By booking our services, Customer acknowledges:

• Participation is voluntary
• Participants assume all risk of injury
• Pepe’s Party Rentals is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse, unsafe behavior, or failure to follow operator instructions

Customer agrees to release and hold harmless Pepe’s Party Rentals from claims arising from use of rented equipment, except in cases of gross negligence.


7. Early Termination

Pepe’s Party Rentals reserves the right to terminate service without refund if:

• Safety rules are violated
• Participants behave dangerously
• Equipment is being misused
• Conditions become unsafe

Safety is non-negotiable.


8. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Traffic
• Weather
• Road closures
• Acts of God
• Government restrictions

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate delays.


9. Indemnification

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Pepe’s Party Rentals from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses resulting from event-related incidents not caused by the Company’s direct negligence.


10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Virginia.


11. Agreement

By submitting payment or booking services, Customer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
