We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for weekend events during spring and summer (May through September). Popular items like the mechanical bull and water slides book out fast. For holidays and long weekends, book 3–4 weeks ahead to guarantee availability.

We monitor the weather closely. If there's lightning or severe storms, we'll work with you to reschedule at no extra charge. Light rain is generally fine for bounce houses (they're even more fun wet!). We'll contact you the day before your event if weather looks concerning so we can plan together.

Yes! Every bounce house and inflatable is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each rental using commercial-grade disinfectant. We inspect every unit before delivery to ensure it's in perfect condition. Your children's safety and health is our top priority.

Standard rentals are for up to 8 hours (full-day). Need it overnight or for a multi-day event? Just ask — we offer extended rental periods at discounted rates. Weekend packages (Friday evening to Sunday) are available for larger events and festivals.

Yes! We can set up on grass, concrete, driveways, and asphalt. For hard surfaces, we use sandbags instead of stakes to secure the unit. A flat, level surface with at least 2 feet of clearance on each side is ideal. We also need access to a standard electrical outlet within 100 feet.
