Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by Pepe's Party Rental LLC. By booking a rental or using our website, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Rental Agreement

By placing an order with Pepe's Party Rental LLC, you enter into a rental agreement for the specified equipment during the agreed-upon rental period. All rental equipment remains the property of Pepe's Party Rental LLC at all times.

2. Delivery and Setup

• Delivery is included in the rental price within 25 miles of Stafford, VA on qualifying orders. Outside that radius, a distance fee applies as listed below
• Free delivery within 25 miles of Stafford, VA on orders of $150 or more
• Orders under $150 are subject to a $35 delivery fee, including inside the free 25 mile zone
• Beyond 25 miles, delivery is charged by distance: $35 for 25 to 50 miles, $75 for 50 to 80 miles, and $250 for 80 to 120 miles. The distance fee replaces the small order fee and is confirmed before your booking is finalized
• We do not deliver to addresses more than 120 miles from Stafford, VA
• Delivery is only available. No pickup option
• You must provide a safe, level area for equipment setup with access to a standard electrical outlet within 100 feet for inflatables
• We will arrive at the agreed delivery time. If no one is present at the scheduled time, a $50 re-delivery fee may apply
• You must ensure the delivery area is free of pet waste, sharp objects, and obstructions

3. Equipment Care and Liability

You are responsible for the rented equipment from the time of delivery until pickup. This includes:

• Ensuring the equipment is used in a safe manner and according to the instructions provided by our staff
• Supervising all children and users at all times while equipment is in use
• Not moving, modifying, or altering the equipment after setup
• Keeping food, drinks, sharp objects, silly string, paint, and pets away from inflatables
• Not allowing shoes, glasses, or jewelry on inflatables

4. Damage and Loss

You are financially responsible for any damage to, or loss of, rented equipment during the rental period, including but not limited to:

• Tears, punctures, or cuts to inflatable units
• Stains, burns, or excessive soiling that cannot be removed with standard cleaning
• Broken or missing components (stakes, blowers, extension cords, table legs, chair frames)
• Theft of any rented equipment
• Water damage to non-water equipment

Repair costs will be assessed based on the actual cost to repair or replace the damaged equipment. You will be charged accordingly. By agreeing to these terms, you authorize Pepe's Party Rental LLC to charge the payment method on file for verified damage.

5. Weather and Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the event: full refund
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event: 50% refund or full credit toward a future booking
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: no refund
• If Pepe's Party Rental cancels due to severe weather (thunderstorms, high winds over 25 mph, tornado warnings), you receive a full refund or may reschedule at no charge
• Light rain does not qualify for a weather cancellation. Inflatables are designed for outdoor use

6. Safety Rules

For the safety of all users, you agree to follow these rules:

• Do not exceed the maximum capacity listed for each unit
• Separate children by age and size groups on inflatables
• An adult must supervise the equipment at all times during use
• Do not use the equipment while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• If weather conditions change (wind, lightning), deflate inflatables immediately by turning off the blower
• No flips, wrestling, or roughhousing on any inflatable

7. Assumption of Risk and Indemnification

By renting equipment from Pepe's Party Rental LLC, you acknowledge that the use of party rental equipment, including but not limited to bounce houses, water slides, and mechanical bulls, involves inherent risks of injury. You agree to assume all risks associated with the use of rented equipment.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pepe's Party Rental LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from or related to your use of the rented equipment, including injury to persons or damage to property.

8. Gift Cards

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Gift cards do not expire
• Gift cards are delivered via email and may be redeemed at checkout on pepespartyrentall.com
• Pepe's Party Rental LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen gift card codes

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Virginia law, Pepe's Party Rental LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the rental or use of equipment, regardless of the cause of action.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stafford County, Virginia.

11. SMS Messaging Program

By opting in to receive text messages from Pepe's Party Rental LLC, you agree to the following:

• We may send booking confirmations, delivery reminders, order updates, and promotional messages
• Message frequency varies based on your bookings and activity
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your plan
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out of future messages. You will receive a confirmation message
• Reply HELP to any message for customer support information
• Consent to receive SMS is not required as a condition of purchasing our services
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
