SMS Opt-In Disclosure

Program Description
Pepe's Party Rental LLC uses SMS text messaging to communicate with customers about their party rental bookings. By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you consent to receive the following types of messages from Pepe's Party Rental:
- Booking confirmations
- Delivery and pickup reminders
- Appointment reminders (48-hour and 2-hour before event)
- Order status updates
- Weather-related notifications affecting your rental
- Follow-up messages and review requests after your event
- Promotional offers and seasonal specials (with separate consent)
How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Pepe's Party Rental by:
- Providing your phone number on our booking form and checking the SMS consent box
- Texting a keyword (e.g., PARTY) to our business number
- Verbally consenting during a phone call with our team
By opting in, you agree to the following:

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. Typically you will receive:
- 1-3 messages per booking (confirmation, reminder, follow-up)
- Promotional messages: no more than 4 per month
Costs
Pepe's Party Rental does not charge for SMS messages. However, message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Check with your carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
How to Opt Out
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any message you receive from us

- Calling us at (571) 244-5255
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will no longer receive any SMS messages from us unless you opt in again. Opting out of SMS does not cancel any existing bookings.
