Party Rentals in Woodbridge and Prince William County, VA: What Delivery Really Costs

Prince William County splits right down the middle on delivery. Here's which side your town is on, and what a party costs on either side.

Most party rental ads in Prince William County say "free delivery!" in big letters and "within X miles" in small ones. Then you type your Woodbridge address at checkout and a fee shows up out of nowhere.

Not here. Below is the real delivery fee to 12 Prince William County communities, pulled from the same calculator our checkout uses. You'll know your number before you pick a single rental.

Is delivery to my Prince William County town free or $35?

Pepe's Party Rental measures delivery in driving miles from our shop in Stafford, and Prince William County happens to straddle our 25-mile line. The southern and western communities, Triangle, Dumfries, Bristow, Manassas and Montclair, fall inside it, so delivery, setup and takedown are free on orders of $150 or more. The eastern side, Woodbridge, Dale City, Lake Ridge and Occoquan, plus Manassas Park, Gainesville and Haymarket, sits just past 25 miles, so delivery is a flat $35. Distances below are to the center of each community, checked in October 2026. Your street may land a mile closer or farther, and checkout shows your exact fee before you pay.

Is a $35 delivery fee to Woodbridge actually a good deal?

Look at what the $35 buys. At Pepe's Party Rental it covers a crew driving the equipment to your Woodbridge, Dale City or Lake Ridge address, setting it up 1 to 2 hours before the party, running a safety check, and coming back to take everything down. One fee per order, no matter how many items, and the 25-to-50-mile fee replaces free delivery rather than stacking with the small-order fee. Compare that to renting a truck and trying to fold a 13x13 commercial inflatable yourself. A $175 Blue Castle bounce house delivered to Woodbridge comes to $210 all in. A $480 Party Package #1 with a 20x20 tent, 6 tables, 48 chairs and a cooler comes to $515. Checkout shows the total before you pay a cent.

What should I rent for a Prince William County party?

For a birthday, a combo bounce house with a slide from Pepe's Party Rental is the most flexible pick: $190 to $280 a day, and it holds the attention of toddlers and ten-year-olds at the same party. In the summer, water slides from $450 to $480 take over, so book those early: we own one of each. For bigger gatherings with grandparents and neighbors, a tent with tables and chairs is the backbone, from $200 for a 10x20 that seats 20 to 30 up to $530 for a high peak 20x40 that seats 80 to 100. Bundles save money: the Summer Splash package is $749 (save $81) and includes a water slide, tent, tables, chairs, a speaker and a cooler.

Can I rent a mechanical bull in Prince William County?

Yes, and it is the rental guests remember. Pepe's Party Rental's mechanical bull, The Beast, delivers anywhere in Prince William County for $700 for three hours, plus the delivery fee for your town. Every rental includes a trained operator who controls the speed for each rider, a 16-foot inflatable safety ring, setup and takedown. Extra hours are $150 each. The operator runs it gentle for kids 6 and up and full rodeo for adults, which is why it shows up at quinceañeras, graduations and company picnics. You'll need a flat area at least 20x20 feet on grass, dirt or concrete, or a ceiling of 12 feet or more indoors.

Can I book a party rental in Spanish?

Yes. Pepe's Party Rental is a bilingual family business, and you can plan the whole party in Spanish: the rentals, the delivery time, where the bounce house goes in the yard, and the details the crew needs about power and ground. Call (571) 244-5255. The family that runs the business since 2013 is the family that answers, and the website flips to Spanish with the ES button at the top of the page.

How do I book a party rental in Woodbridge or Prince William County?

Booking Pepe's Party Rental takes about five minutes online. Choose your rentals, pick the date, and type your address; the delivery fee for your town appears before payment.
