Where Pepe's Delivers: Party Rental Delivery Fees for 50+ Towns in Virginia and Maryland

Every town we checked, its real driving distance from our shop, and the exact delivery fee. Find yours in the table, then book knowing the total.

Delivery fees are where party rentals get sneaky. The bounce house is $175, and then somewhere between the cart and the payment page it grows a "delivery and handling" line nobody mentioned.

So we did the opposite. We ran 50+ towns through the exact calculator our checkout uses and put every result in one place. Find your town, see your fee, and you'll know the total before you click anything.

What are Pepe's Party Rental delivery zones?

Pepe's Party Rental sets delivery by driving miles from our shop at 94 Tacketts Mill Rd in Stafford, VA, in four zones. Within 25 miles, delivery is free on orders of $150 or more and $35 on smaller orders. From 25 to 50 miles it is a flat $35. From 50 to 80 miles it is $75. From 80 to 120 miles it is $250, and past 120 miles we do not deliver. Every zone includes the same service: the crew drives the equipment out, sets it up 1 to 2 hours before your party, runs a safety check and comes back for takedown. It is one fee per order, and checkout shows your exact fee as soon as you type your address.

Which towns get free party rental delivery?

Every town below is within 25 driving miles of the Pepe's Party Rental shop, so delivery, setup and takedown are free on orders of $150 or more. That covers most of Stafford County, Fredericksburg and its northern Spotsylvania neighbors, southern Prince William County, Manassas and Bristow, and Fauquier County's Bealeton and Warrenton. Because every bounce house we rent costs at least $175, a single bounce house is enough to get free delivery anywhere on this list. Distances are to the center of each community, checked with our checkout calculator in October 2026; a street on the edge of town can come out a mile or so different.

Which towns pay $35 for delivery?

Pepe's Party Rental charges a flat $35 to towns 25 to 50 driving miles from our Stafford shop, and that $35 covers delivery, setup and takedown for the whole order. This band reaches a lot of Northern Virginia: Woodbridge, Dale City, Lake Ridge and Occoquan in eastern Prince William County, Gainesville and Haymarket to the west, Spotsylvania Courthouse and Thornburg to the south, King George and Colonial Beach to the east, Culpeper, and Fairfax County as far as Fairfax, Springfield, Burke, Lorton, Centreville and Chantilly. Alexandria (45.6 miles) and Arlington (47.4 miles) are both inside 50 miles, which surprises people.

Do you deliver to Washington DC, Richmond or Baltimore?

Yes. Pepe's Party Rental delivers up to 120 driving miles from Stafford. From 50 to 80 miles the fee is $75, which reaches Washington DC (50.3 miles), Ashburn (50.1), Leesburg (57.1), Front Royal (56.6), Louisa (59.7), Winchester (66.8), Waldorf, MD (66.6), Mechanicsville (67.8), Richmond (71.2) and Charlottesville (77.2). From 80 to 120 miles the fee is $250, which covers Annapolis (84.1), Baltimore (89.7), Petersburg (93.5), Harrisonburg (95.4), Hagerstown, MD (110.0) and Williamsburg (115.3). Past 120 miles, like Lynchburg at 141, we do not deliver. For big events far from Stafford, the $250 usually matters less than you'd think next to a tent, a dance floor and 150 chairs.

How is my delivery fee calculated?

Pepe's Party Rental calculates delivery once per order, from the driving distance between our Stafford shop and the address you type at checkout. The system resolves your address with Google and measures the road miles, so the fee is based on the drive, not a straight line on a map. Then two rules decide the number. Inside 25 miles, orders of $150 or more deliver free and smaller orders pay $35. Past 25 miles, the distance fee replaces that small-order fee instead of stacking on it. Three examples: 40 folding chairs ($80) to Fredericksburg pay $35. A $175 bounce house to Woodbridge pays $35. A $1,799 Beast Mode VIP package to Richmond pays $75.

What does party rental delivery include?

At Pepe's Party Rental, the delivery fee covers the whole job, not just the drive. The crew loads and drives the equipment to your address, arrives 1 to 2 hours before your start time, sets everything up, and runs a safety check before anyone uses it. Bounce houses come with the blower, stakes, sandbags and a 100 ft extension cord. One-day rentals include up to 8 hours of use, and each extra day is half price. When the party ends, the crew comes back and takes everything down. If severe weather is coming, we reschedule for free; light rain does not stop setup. You pay online when you book, with no separate deposit. We've served Northern Virginia since 2013 and hold a 4.8-star rating from 121 Google reviews.
